HopeRising is a licensed and approved Medicaid Waiver Provider with the Department of Disabilities Services (DDS), Government of the District of Columbia, that provides, in-home support, supported living, host homes, and many more.

HopeRising offers the help, support and training necessary for Persons with intellectual and or developmental disabilities to live independently in their homes, have the knowledge and skills to help reach their goals and be active members of their community. We are dedicated to helping the Persons we serve to engage in a variety of stimulating, therapeutic, social, and recreational activities to build their cognitive, physical, and social skills.

Our dedicated staff members provide support in areas including, but not limited to, daily living, personal care, in-home supports, respite care, and transportation. We will always strive to deliver the best care and supports possible for the Persons we serve.
